Hi, I’m Antonia
I’m the founder of Pixely and an agile coach who works with small business owners to transform how their teams plan, communicate, and deliver.
My background is in Agile Leadership, I/O Psychology, and Organizational Design — which is a fancy way of saying I understand both the systems and the humans who have to live inside them.
I’ve coached teams through reorgs, scaling pains, and the kind of interpersonal friction that makes talented people want to quit. The Team Alliance Workshop is where most of that transformation starts.
I don’t do generic frameworks. I don’t do trust falls. I do the work that actually changes how your team operates — and I make sure it sticks after I leave.
